Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the swing and pack all components, including hardware and cushions, into the original shipping crates to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
